Assoc. Prof Dr. Bui Ta Long, head of Environmental Modelling, Department of Environment and Natural Resources, Ho Chi Minh City University of Technology affirmed that from the public doubts Formosa is the cause of mass fish death and from experience in Vedan case, we are completely able to find the culprit by a computational model to set the scene for that pollution.
