b) Satisfying the requirements of the Regulation on management of scientific and technological research tasks in Ho Chi Minh city (promulgated with Decision No.48/2016/QD-UBND of November 24, 2016 by the People's Committee of Ho Chi Minh City) and provisional regulation on the management and implementation of research tasks by the Institute for Computational Science and Technology (issued in conjunction with Decision No.164/QD-KHCNTT dated 31 July, 2017 by the Institute).
