Following Announcement No.148/TB-KHCNTT dated 14 May 2018 of ICST on organizing the Conference Smart City 360^O with the theme of " Real-time interactive solution for Smart Cities"; connected with the Vietnam ICT Outlook (VIO 2018) organized by the Ho Chi Minh Computer Association (HCA).

The Organizing Committee would like to send our sincere invitation to every organizations and individuals interested in the conference.

I. TIME AND PLACE

Time: starting at 13:00, 26 July 2018 (Thursday afternoon);

2. Venue: White Palace Convention Center, 194 Hoang Van Thu Street, Ward 9, Phu Nhuan District, Ho Chi Minh City.

II. WORKSHOP CONTENT

1. Submitted topics were sent to the content committee for review and selection:

(i) Research and implementation of the Water Quality and Air Quality Monitoring and Warning System in Ho Chi Minh City;

(ii) Artificial intelligence and machine learning algorithms in automated biomedical imaging analysis;

(iii) Deep Learning application for object detection and identification via real-time camera;

(iv) Blockchain technology and practical applications in smart urban construction;

(v) Application of real-time traffic monitoring;

(vi) Intelligent urban traffic control technologies and solutions;

(viii) Information ecosystem for intelligent urban model;

2. The content council will announce the results of the selection to the authors after July 10, 2018.
