Title: On the AI development of Vietnam in the digital transformation

Abstract

Many countries have recently announced their AI development strategy. These strategies share many of the common features of AI and each strategy is tied to the specific characteristics and goals of each country. In the changes of the digital transformation and with the development goals of the country, should Vietnam need to set the story of AI development and if so, how to do?
