On the morning of 25th February 2016, ICST staffs and researchers joyfully attended the New Year meeting in an exciting atmosphere.

Prof. Phung K. Nguyen, on behalf of Board of Directorate of ICST/DOST, sent new year wishes to every staffs and researchers. He also expressed the Board's expectation of ICST development in the upcoming year with young and enthusiastic labour force.
