In the morning of Jan 2^nd, 2018, the Trade Union of Institute for Computational Science and Technology held an annual meeting for officials under the sponsor of Prof. PhD Nguyen Ky Phung – Director of the for Computational Science together with the attendance of the whole employees.

During the meeting, Board of Organization has presented a summary on activities that the Trade Union carried out in the year 2017, which finished with a lot of achievement yet still some weaknesses. Generally, the Board excellently completed their duties. In addition, they also got a great deal of positive direction from Prof. PhD Nguyen Ky Phung and strong feedback from members of the Trade Union.
 

 
The conference also introduced some regulations of internal expenditure and regulation of democracy; after that indicated the targets and goals to be finished in 2018 with the agreement from 100% of attendees.
