Smart City 360 conference introduction
In order to meet the demand for research and development of a technological solution framework towards the Project of building Ho Chi Minh city into a smart city in the phase from 2017 to 2020 with a vision to 2030 and at the same time creating opportunities introducing and accessing new smart city technology solutions, the Ho Chi Minh City Department of Science and Technology organizes a conference on "General Solutions for Smart City" (Smart City 360o) taking place on 19 September, 2017 at GEM CENTER.

Objective
The conference is aimed to exchange and expand key areas in the development and implementation of the Smart City model, strengthening information linkages about modern technologies basis including foundation and technical structure, interconnect solutions, applications in specific areas such as e-government, transportation, health care and environment, lessons and experience of the world, therefore, providing participants with a comprehensive view of the project of Ho Chi Minh city in particular and localities in general.
Content
The conference will include two parts: CONFERENCE and EXHIBITION and cover:
- SMART city model IN THE WORLD AND APPLICABILITY IN VIETNAM
- Foundation structure: Data Grid and Technological Framework of Smart city
- Research and advanced technology solutions on smart city
- Smart city applications in practice and 6 groups of technical-service infrastructure contributing to smart city construction
