On the morning of March 2, 2017, the Youth Union of the Institute for Computational Science and Technology (ICST) held a congress to review the past activities and elect the Executive Board for 2017 term with the participation of Mrs. Nguyen Thi Thu Duong - the representative of the Youth Union of DOST and Youth Union members of  ICST.
